returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Within the European Union you have the right to return your order within this period for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@nonaa-atelier.com. Once your return is registered, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns need to be sent to: Sint Annenstraat 28B, 1012 HE Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right. In these cases, the return shipping is of course on us.
exchanges
The fastest way to get the right size is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the size you want.
refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
